Nowadays reality show is one of the favourite shows among Malaysian. Next Top Model, Gadis Melayu, and America Idol are the example of reality show that gets high rating of viewer. Some Malaysian like to watch this kind of shows because it serves reality life that most people want to know. Most Malaysian thought that reality show give negative impact to viewer, however Malaysian not realize that it also give benefits to us and it depend on ourselves to accept it as positive or negative impact.

The advantage of reality show is it helps ones to achieve their dream. This is the main purpose of reality show is published. Someone can realize their dream through reality show that related with the dream. For example, if a person thought that they have talent, he or she can go to audition to show their talent such as Akademi Fantasia, Gengstars, Showdown, Akademi Al-Quran and Imam Muda. From these realities shows it also build up the confident inside the contestant.

The other advantage of reality show is it provides information to viewer and their participant. Some reality show gives information to guide us toward good such as Akademi Al-Quran, Gadis Melayu and Apprentice. These types of reality show teach us how to be a good human that have good manner.  Other than that, reality show also gives information about the reality life around us such as Survivor, Amazing Race and The biggest Loser. These types of shows display the real life and how to depend on ourselves.

                 However, aside from advantage of reality show, it also gives negative impact to viewer. The first negative impact of reality show is it gives bad influence to viewer especially among children because it contains porno and fighting.  For example, the reality show such as WWE shows violent and dangerous action. Children will easily to imitating the action inside the show and practice it with their friends.

Besides that, the negative impact of reality show is will occur wastage of money among viewer and fan of reality show. The fan of reality shows willing to dispense cash to vote their favourite contestant. At the same time, the television channel also takes advantage from reality show that gets high rating from viewer voting. The television channel takes profit from the viewer voting. For the reality shows that ask us to donate, the donation is not all given to the need but it is taken by the television channel company.

Although reality show help someone to achieve their dream and give information to viewer, it still give negative impact such as give negative influences to children and wasting of viewer money for voting. The important things is, it depend on us to define the reality show as positive impact or negative impact. Only us can control the impact of reality show so it can always give benefits to us.

In Malaysia, there are varies type of public transportation such as LRT, monorail, bus, taxi and train. Most Malaysian usually used private transport rather than public transport for used in daily day. In fact, most people think that public transport give positive impact. However, it is not so because it give more negative impact to us. There is various impact of using public transport such as people difficult to move from one place to another, people will not comfortable with situation in public transport and people will in high risk to be criminal victims.

The first negative impact of using public transport is people difficult to move from one place to another. In this situation, passengers who need to travel for work will have a problem to go wherever they want. Moreover, by using public transport, passengers will waste their time for waiting the public transport. Sometimes, passengers have waiting so long but still cannot ride into the transport. This situation always happened if people using buses and train. This leads to passengers late to arrive at their destination on time. This is happened because public transport such as bus will stop at every bus stop to pick up passengers.

The other negative impact of using public transport is passengers will not convenient with situation in public transport. This is because public transport usually crowded with passengers and dirty. Public transport such as trains and buses always full with passengers who are not only the local but also foreigner. Besides, public transport also does not have enough facilities. This can be prove by some buses not provide a special seat for OKU and this will make OKU passengers not choose public transport as their main transportation. In addition, most public transport is dirt because they does not provide dustbin inside the transport.  Due to this problem, most passengers will throw their rubbish inside the transport.

The other point of negative impact of public transport is passengers will easily become victims of crime. The overcrowding in public transport facilitate the criminal commits a crime. Passenger will feel unsafe to use public transport. The overcrowding in the public transport gives chance to criminals such as thieves to perform their operations. This is because the criminal knows passengers will be complacent and did not realise the crime occurred.

However, there is still has positive impact by using the public transport. The positive impact by using public transport is it can help to reduce traffic jam. Due to decreases of traffic jam, it also helps in reduce the number of accident among Malaysian. As we know, the increases number of private transport enter the city will cause the traffic jam. Most people will impatient when face with traffic jam and rush to reach their destination and this contributed to the increases of accident occur.

Although most people thought that public transport give more benefits but we cannot deny that public transport give more negative impact to us. All people should realise that by using public transport, passengers will hard to move, will feel not convenient and the most important is they will be a victims of crime.
